User Agreement

This App also adheres to Apple's Standard EULA（https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/）. Should there be any inconsistency between this Agreement and the Standard EULA, the Apple Standard EULA shall take precedence.

Welcome to the I Ching Action APP (hereinafter referred to as "the Software"). This Agreement is entered into between you and the operator of the I Ching Action APP (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us") regarding your use of the Software and related services. Please carefully read and fully understand the entire contents of this Agreement before registering, logging in, or using the Software, especially the clauses regarding limitation or exclusion of liability, applicable law, and dispute resolution.

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please stop using the Software immediately. Your use of the Software shall be deemed as your having read and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Service Content

  1. The Software provides users with services including but not limited to daily check-in, fortune divination, action plan generation, and personal center management (hereinafter referred to as "the Services").
  2. We reserve the right to adjust the content of the Services at any time according to business development needs, including but not limited to adding, removing, or modifying certain features, and suspending or terminating part or all of the Services.

2. Account Registration and Use

  1. You may need to register an account before using certain features of the Software. You agree that the information you provide during registration is true, accurate, and complete, and that you will update it in a timely manner.
  2. You are responsible for properly safeguarding your account and password. Any consequences arising from your failure to properly safeguard your account, including but not limited to unauthorized use by others (such as account theft or password compromise) or information leakage, shall be borne by you.
  3. You agree not to transfer, lend, or otherwise make your account available to others.
  4. If you need to delete your account, you can do so in the APP by navigating to "Settings -> Account Management -> Delete Account". Once your account is deleted, we will permanently remove all your personal data. This operation is irreversible, so please proceed with caution.

3. User Conduct Guidelines

When using the Software, you shall comply with laws and regulations, national interests, legitimate rights of citizens, public order, social morality, and the principle of information authenticity. You shall not use the Software to engage in the following activities:

  1. Creating, uploading, copying, transmitting, or disseminating content that opposes the fundamental principles established by the Constitution, endangers national security, discloses state secrets, subverts state power, undermines national unity, damages national honor and interests, or undermines ethnic unity.
  2. Spreading rumors, disrupting social order, or undermining social stability.
  3. Disseminating obscene, pornographic, gambling-related, violent, murderous, terroristic content, or inciting criminal activity.
  4. Insulting or defaming others, or infringing upon the legitimate rights and interests of others.
  5. Using the Software to engage in any activity that may adversely affect the normal operation of the Internet.

4. Intellectual Property Statement

  1. All content contained in the Software, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, audio, video, logos, layout design, and arrangement, is protected by copyright law, trademark law, and other laws, regulations, and international treaties.
  2. Without our written consent, you may not use any content of the Software in any manner, including but not limited to copying, reproducing, modifying, uploading, or linking.

5. Privacy Protection

We place great importance on protecting user privacy. When you use the Software, we may collect and use your relevant information. For details on how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimer

  1. The fortune divination and other features provided by the Software are for entertainment and reference purposes only and do not constitute any professional advice. Users should view them rationally and should not rely on them as the sole basis for decision-making.
  2. We shall not be held liable for any interruption, delay, or unavailability of the Services caused by force majeure, network conditions, communication line issues, third-party service defects, or other similar reasons.
  3. We do not guarantee that the Services will meet your requirements, nor do we guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted. No guarantees are made regarding the timeliness, security, or accuracy of the Services.

7. Modification of the Agreement

We may modify this Agreement in accordance with changes in laws and regulations and service updates. The modified Agreement shall become effective immediately upon publication, replacing the original Agreement. You are obligated to review and read the latest version of the Agreement from time to time.

8. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

  1. The conclusion, execution, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
  2. In the event of any dispute arising from the content or execution of this Agreement, both parties shall attempt to resolve it through amicable negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the people's court in the jurisdiction where we are located.
